PEAK SEASON rates are in affect from
Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend, Special Events, Holidays and Weekends.

All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of one nights stay, per room. All reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, or be charged for the remainder of your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Policies are subject to change at management discretion.

• Check-In time 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM - all arrivals must check in prior to 8 PM unless you make special arrangements or reservation is forfeit.
• Check-Out time 11:00 AM
• Additional charge for $10.00 for persons 16yrs and older
• Weekly rates are available on all apartments/efficiencies
• Wireless Internet is available to all units
• Direct TV is now available to all rooms.
• Group rates are available - weddings, family reunions, etc.
• All rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in the room you will be charged one additional nights stay. No exceptions
• Now offer a room with a king size bed.
• We also have 2 fully handicap accessible rooms available
• Pet friendly - subject to owners discretion
• Anyone bicycling will receive a discount.

Windham Way is a bicycling friendly motel. We offer safe storage for bicycles, a pool to refresh in after a ride and we are close to restaurants and supplies. Our location is ideal while exploring the Lakes Region on a bicycle.
